If you’ve had enough bad experiences upgrading your MS products, you’re too poor to upgrade to Vista or you just refuse on principle, you can always customise Windows XP to make it look like Vista. These customization packs give you all the flashy features of Vista without having to shell-out a few hundred dollars for the original, or much more for hardware upgrades.

These packs include most of Vista's features including transparency of the windows, 3D Vista style icons, mouse cursors, boot screen, login screen, and a whole host of Vista themes to name a few.
